DISPATCH TIMES 

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, may only be shipped on Monday. 

The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. 

Note: delivery times may take longer around Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (Christmas, New Year etc). 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES 

Activ are not liable if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. If your item has been unable to be delivered, due to an error on your part due to incorrect address entry then unfortunately we will not be able to refund you. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
