At Activ, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our returns policy.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your Activ-wear must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Activ-wear must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns on any Activ-wear that has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or is not in its original condition. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@activclo.com to request a return authorisation (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication. Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) along with the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt of your returned item(s). If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your Activ-wear for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) instead.
